FAQ
When is the bar & pottery shop open?
The ceramic bar and shop will be open two weekends a month. Every first and last Friday and Saturday of the month from 15:00 to 23:00. Sometimes we will be more open and the opening hours will be adjusted for special occasions or holidays.
This will be clearly announced in advance on social media.
Purchasing
My stock is very limited and I work in small batches. I try to restock my shop once every two months, or more, depending on how busy it is in the studio.
At the moment, Instagram and Facebook are the best way to keep up with me and the first to know about updates and studio happenings. I am currently working on setting up a newsletter.
Handmade means...
All items are handmade from start to finish. Every single piece is wheel thrown, dip glazed, and fired with my two hands and an electric kiln. Slight variations in dimensions, color, and weight are to be expected and moreover loved and embraced for their unique differences. No two pieces are exactly alike.
What about B2B, retail and wholesale?
I love to work with quality retail shops, boutiques, restaurants, coffee bars, ... so yes contact me for further information on my products and prices. I am already looking forward to a pleasant cooperation !
Do you make custom orders?
I currently only take custom orders from B2B or horeca businesses. Since a bar has now been added that I also run alone, I can't take custom orders for the time being.
You can always indicate which tableware you are interested in and that way I can ensure that those pieces will certainly be present in a next shop update. The more I know what people want, the better I can estimate my shop addition.

What if my order is broken by post on the way?
I will do whatever it takes to avoid this from happening! Don't worry about the safe packaging of your order. Because I pack everything very carefully so that nothing breaks. Of course ceramics are fragile products and postal services don't always take note of the fragile tape on the package.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately by mail if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I return my order?
As a one woman operation and very small business, and due to the extremely time-sensitive and labor-intensive nature of ceramics, I cannot accept exchanges. We kindly ask that you make thoughtful purchases on our website to avoid any returns. Please read carefully the product pages with the product's measurements and photos before purchasing it. If in any case you are not happy with your order, please let us know by email within 7 working days after receiving your order. Items should be unused and returned in their original packaging. We will process any refund due to you within 30 days or receiving your request. Shipping costs and risks are for the customers account.
Are your ceramics suitable for food?
Yes. My ceramics are made of stoneware clay and baked twice at high temperatures in an electric kiln. I use non toxic and lead-free glazes.
Are your ceramics dishwasher/oven safe?
Yes. My ceramics are baked twice at high temperatures so they are strong and durable. However, I recommend to treat them with care and wash them by hand if possible to keep their color. The glaze of a ceramic product is almost like glass and can get dull overtime if washing too much in a dishwasher machine. In a dishwasher strong chemicals are used and different temperatures. My products are oven safe, but make sure to heat your food from a cold oven to avoid thermal shock.
Shipping or Pick up
For shipments, I send my ceramics from Brugge, Belgium once a month. Shipment costs vary per country. Once your order is sent by post, your order should arrive between 3-7 working days within Belgium or Europe. Or you can simply pick up your order for free at my pick up point (Brugge, Belgium). Send me immediately an email when you placed your order, so there are no miscommunications possible. When your order is ready for pick up, I'll let you personally know by email a pick up date.
Where do you ship to and what are the costs?
We ship to every country in Europe. Rates are between 9,50 euro (Belgium) and ... for Europe. Prices are for parcels up to 5 kg. Shipping to another country is possible upon request. Customs may also slow down your order. Please get in touch by email if you live outside the EU and we'll be happy to help you with shipping rates.
